毕业于中国科学院上海光学精密机械研究所，主要研究方向为光学晶体材料，在国内外期刊发表论文近百篇。先后获得省部级奖项三项，中科院青年创新促进会“优秀会员”荣誉称号，现任中国光学学会光学材料专委会秘书长，中国稀土学会晶体材料分会、中国硅酸盐协会涂膜分会等委员/理事。

Dr Qi Hongji is the chairman of Fujia Gallium Technology Co.Ltd. He graduated from Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and his research area was Optical Crystal Materials. Dr Qi has published about 100 papers in both international and national journals and he has won 3 prizes at the provincial level or above. In 2017, Dr Qi was awarded the honorary title of Outstanding Member of the Youth Innovation Promotion Association of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Dr Qi is the Secretary General of optical materials Committee of China Optical, and he is the member of crystal materials branch of the Chinese Society of Rare Earth and the member of coating branch of the Chinese Ceramic Society.

博士毕业于英国剑桥大学，历任美国ARC Energy公司总经理、英国格拉奇奥剑桥科技有限公司CEO，现任美国知名碳化硅公司Pallidus Inc.总经理。在蓝宝石衬底的加工、硅基太阳能电池的PECVD、砷化镓薄膜的MOCVD和碳化硅晶体的生长及加工等方面有丰富的研发及量产经验。

Dr. Fang Jianxiong is the Chief Consultant of Hangzhou Fujia Gallium Technology Co., LTD. Dr. Fang received his PhD from Cambridge University, UK. He has served as the General Manager of ARC Energy in the United States, CEO of Graphion Cambridge Technology Ltd in the United Kingdom, and currently General manager of Pallidus Inc., a well-known silicon carbide company in the United States. Dr. Fang has rich experience in R&D and mass production of sapphire substrate processing, silicon based solar cell PECVD, MOCVD of gallium arsenide film and silicon carbide crystal growth and processing.
